Do I need a boat license?
Will I receive a booking confirmation after I have made a booking?
I booked in advance, but the weather forecast has now turned bad. What happens now?
Don't worry, we keep a close eye on the weather for you and we don't send anyone out in the rain. However, experience shows that weather forecasts (especially rain probabilities) are only really meaningful shortly beforehand. If there is a rain forecast for your booking period, we will discuss with you the evening before the charter day or even on the same day how we will proceed. If the trip can not take place, we agree on an alternative date. You will not incur any costs in this case.
Can I bring my dog? He is also very experienced in boating...
No. Dogs are not allowed on our boats. We ask for your understanding.
I have my license only recently and am still very inexperienced. Can I get a briefing from you on the boat and the area?
Of course. We take the time to explain everything to you in peace. If you also want to get to know the boat and the area in the context of a skipper training, please contact us.
How long before should we be there?
Please be at the port 30 minutes before the charter starts. We need the time for the technical briefing on the boat and the area. If you are late, it could be at the expense of your charter time, which would be a pity.
How many people are allowed on the boat?
Six.
Do you have sufficient parking facilities?

How is the boat insured?
How's the refueling going with you guys?
Basically we have to leave the refueling to you. For this purpose there is a boat refueling station in our area.
What is the gasoline consumption?
Depending on the driving style, gasoline consumption can vary greatly. With normal moderate driving, you can assume an average gasoline consumption of about 10-20 liters per hour.
Is the consumption of alcohol allowed on your boats?
